Tutorial-rag.ipynb fails

I already creared Index, Data Source, SkillSet and Indexer successfully following Tutorial-rag.ipynb. When I checked the indexer running status, I encountered below error:

I am using User-assigned managed Identity to follow the guide. I can take for sure I already append the permissions.
