Missing files for t2_3v3 10-degree resolution

This problem appeared when I tried to switch from using the t2_3v2 grid+mask to t2_3v_3_
in tests using the coarse resolution mom-tx10deg testmods.
I'm using cesm3_0_alpha09a, which can't find the version of ocean_hgrid it wants;
/glade/campaign/cesm/cesmdata/cseg/inputdata/ocn/mom/tx2_3v3/tx10deg/ocean_hgrid_tx10deg_20260219.nc.
The tx10deg directory doesn't exist yet (there are no txNdeg directories, which are used in tx2_3v2).
Does this file andor directory need to be generated, or can I copy
tx2_3v2/tx10deg/ocean_hgrid_tx10deg_20260219.nc
into a corresponding t2_3v3 directory?

Are there likely other missing files?
