Add .editorconfig support

Currently, the formatter can only receive config via cli flags. In the absence of explicit configuration, it would make a lot of sense for the formatter to respect existing .editorconfig files, which is more or less standard across editors. This would reduce formatter setup between editors

Eg:

.editorconfig

root = true

[*]
charset = utf-8
indent_style = space
indent_size = 2

should be equivalent to gdscript-formatter --use-spaces --indent-size 2

Exactly - but also editorconfig is already widely used for consistent editor formatting:

Plenty of projects already have a .editorconfig file like the one I quoted in their project root. My proposal is for gdscript-formatter to respect it if it exists (specifically regarding indentation)

Yes definitely, I checked the spec and while it has a limited set of supported key value pairs the spec officially reports all syntactically valid pairs even if unsupported. We can use that to extend configuration for the formatter.

Editor config is not Toml based, it uses the simpler INI file format. it has an official library that I'll be checking out that should implement the full specification correctly. That's what I'll check and use in priority.
