version incompatibility in Forgified Fabric API

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Neoforge as modloader for Minecraft 1.21.1
2. Install latest build of Forgified Fabric API at time of post, 0.116.7+2.2.4+1.21.1.
3. Install latest build of Sinytra Connector at time of post, 2.0.0 beta 15.
4. Install v 0.11.3+1.21.1 of Cobblemon Raid Dens at https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/cobblemonraiddens (base cobblmeon and other dependencies will install)
5. Click add content, deselect neoforge, and show incompatible version (so mods that should work via Forgified Fabric are installable) to add version 2.0.0 of https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/enhanced-raid-dens-cobblemon-raid-dens-add-on
6. attempt to launch, for it to crash wanting a version of forgified fabrif api that is not an option to install: 0.116.9+1.21.1 or later

Note: steps are similar to #268 so the underlying cause for both could be related to Fabric API version. Mods involved and crash response messages however are different hence the ticket.

Additional context

-reducing version of raid dens did not work in case it was update related
-not raid den dev applicable since they specify they work on fabric api and not neoforge,
-comparing the mods the version that was out of date was fabric API in Forgified Fabric, hence the ticket on this github specifically.

[fix_api_meta.zip] Man, that version mismatch is a total headache. I ran into the same thing with the Sinytra build and it was tripping out on the API check. I put together a quick script that spoofs the metadata so the loader stops complaining about the version jump.

Seriously??? A windows exe in a zip file on a game based on java?

Can confirm I am facing a similar issue for updated Fabric mods requesting min ver 0.116.10 for 1.21.1.
