Adding content to instance settings not saved

Please confirm the following.

• I checked the existing issues for duplicate problems
• I have tried resolving the issue using the support portal
• I have ensured my Modrinth App installation is up to date

What version of the Modrinth App are you using?

Modrinth App 0.14.5 windows 10.0.26200

What operating systems are you seeing the problem on?

Describe the bug

The settings for searching for content to add to an instance dont save when you select something to look at and then return to the search menu. I.e. hide already installed button or categories selection

Steps to reproduce

Open Modrinth App
Select instance
"add content"
select "hide already installed" or a category, etc
click on an option to open the content page
go back to content selection, will have to deselect and reselect options for it to register

Expected behavior

Would prefer settings like that to either clear (if intentional) or for the app to remember and apply selected filters
