[Bug]: building lighttpd with autotools --enable-lighty does not --enable-curve25519

./configure --enable-lighty does not enable X25519 or X25519MLKEM768

./configure --enable-lighty --enable-curve25519 is required instead.

By default, lighttpd should work with PQC X25519MLKEM768 if building wolfssl with ./configure --enable-lighty

I've pushed #10712 which enables curve25519 by default for Lighttpd builds.
This won't make it into our upcoming release as we are currently in a code freeze. It will be included in the release after that.

lighttpd mod_wolfssl can support PQC hybrid KEM X25519MLKEM768 only when wolfssl is built with --enable-curve25519
