[PWGDQ] Split the table-reader-with-assoc into several workflow specs#16863

- Removed the WorkflowSpec from the tableReader_withAssoc.cxx
- Added several _workflowSpec.cxx files which define several workflows tailored for different analysis types
- Created a ProducesGroup in table-maker-with-assoc in order to save on the number of data members
- Re-enabled the processBConly() function in tableMaker_withAssoc
