Add Style Dictionary token output

Summary

• add richer token metadata for CSS variables, resolved values, source paths, references, tiers, and inferred token types
• add generateStyleDictionaryJSON and CLI support via --mode style-dictionary / --style-dictionary
• document the new output and cover it with tests and snapshots

• pnpm --filter @hebilicious/cssforge exec vitest run
• pnpm --filter @hebilicious/cssforge exec biome check src tests --linter-enabled=false --assist-enabled=true --enforce-assist=true
