Backport #18123 to
dev/1.3.This branch does not have
PipeHistoricalDataRegionTsFileAndDeletionSource, so the change is adapted to the existingPipeHistoricalDataRegionTsFileSource: historical TsFile events now skip pattern parsing when all devices in the TsFile are fully covered by the pipe pattern.Tests
