Retro: PR #3164 — Autoclosed Renovate Dockerfile bump

This PR was a trivial, automated docker.io/library/golang version bump opened by red-hat-konflux[bot] on 2026-03-05 and autoclosed on 2026-06-26 without merging. Over its 4-month lifetime, the review agent ran 8 times on essentially the same 1-line diff (Renovate force-pushed ~55 times; concurrency cancellation filtered most). Runs 1–7 all returned APPROVED; run 8 on June 25 flipped to CHANGES_REQUESTED due to a newly enforced protected-path rule on the Dockerfile, blocking automerge. The PR was then autoclosed by Renovate.
