Updates the .NET SDK-to-MSBuild/Visual Studio versioning documentation to include the newer 10.0.3xx and 10.0.4xx feature bands, and extends the preview mapping table for newer .NET 11 previews.

  • Added targeting/support matrix rows for .NET SDK 10.0.300 and 10.0.400.

Error: Did not find OPS status check after waiting for 5 minutes. If it shows 'Expected — Waiting for status to be reported', close and reopen the pull request to trigger a build.

@gewarren not sure I understand the two failing checks. Looks more like infra issues than an issue with the PR or am I missing something in the output?

@marcpopMSFT The OPS (docs) build is completely disabled right now due to the security issues over the weekend :(. The latest I heard is that they'll come back online later today.
