• Added empty github-handle variable under Isabelle Wagenvoord's entry in _projects/public-tree-map.md

Why did you make the changes (we will use this info to test)?

• To create a single github-handle variable for each leadership team member, which will eventually replace the github and piccture variables to reduce redundancy.

Great job! The code change looks alomost correct. I checked that the github-handle field was added under Isabelle Wagenvoord's entry in _projects/public-tree-map.md. But before I approve, could you please clean up the trailling whitespace on this line?
github-handle:
Right now there are estra spaces after github-handle: on line 18.
Also, could you please make sure to remove the extra 7794 after FIxes #7794, check the CodeQL checkbox, and mark the action items in the linked issue #7794?
Overall, everything looks perfect. These are just small cleanup items that need to be fixed.:D
