Document refresh_on_profile_update for browser pools

Adds documentation for the new refresh_on_profile_update option on browser pools.

Overview page (/browsers/pools/overview):

• Adds a cross-reference in the "Pool configuration options" section pointing to the new section
• Adds a new "Refresh on profile update" section with how it works — automatic flush of idle browsers when the profile is saved, validation requirement for a profile to be set, and detail that acquired browsers are not affected

FAQ page (/browsers/pools/faq):

• Updates the "If I update a profile's contents, will my pool's idle browsers pick up the change?" answer to present the automatic option (refresh_on_profile_update) before the manual workaround
