Load independent mint and proof caches together so remote stores avoid an unnecessary sequential round trip during wallet startup.
Bound list-backed reads to the VSS connection capacity so populated wallets do not add one remote round trip per transaction metadata or Cashu quote record. Preserve record order and existing storage formats.
