Adds a community tutorial under Tutorials -> Integrations -> LLM Providers for connecting Open WebUI to EmpirioLabs AI, an OpenAI-compatible API hosting open and proprietary models with pay-as-you-go pricing.
The page follows the existing community-contribution format (warning banner included) and covers both the Admin Panel connection flow and the Docker environment-variable flow (
OPENAI_API_BASE_URL=https://api.empiriolabs.ai/v1), plus a verification step. Model lists populate automatically through the standard/v1/modelsendpoint, so no other changes are needed.
