Quotas page now imports Alert; the UI audit flags the in-use component as outdated (2.1.2 -> 2.2.0). Refresh from redpanda-data/ui-registry @ v2.2.0, which moves the alert variants to semantic surface/border/icon tokens (already present in theme.css).
