Three new menu-related html elements are being added in whatwg/html#12011. This adds their (straightforward) mappings to html-aam.
Temporary Note: I included the below so that links in the preview will work and go to whatpr until the html PR is merged. Once the html PR is merged, I'll replace the whatpr links with the commented out real links.
Test, Documentation and Implementation tracking
Once this PR has been reviewed and has consensus from the working group, tests should be written and issues should be opened on browsers. Add N/A and check when not applicable.
